This beautiful four-story cabin home is located just half a mile from Flat Hollow Marina, Norris Lake, Tennessee.
With a sleeping capacity of fifteen and a private boat dock, Water's Edge is a perfect getaway for families and friends.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
In the Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups.
Living Rooms
The Great Room is on entry level with a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, and a large-screen television with satellite and DVD player.
The Living Room is downstairs with a Foosball table and flat-screen television with satellite and DVD. There is also a second refrigerator.
Bedrooms
Master: king bed, full bath, television with satellite and DVD
Upstairs Right: queen bed, television and DVD
Upstairs Left: queen bed, television with satellite and DVD
Loft: full bed, television with DVD
Downstairs Bedroom: full bed, television, DVD
Downstairs Bunkroom: one bunk bed with two twins, one bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, full trundle
Fold-out Couch: The couch in the great room has a full size sofa bed.
Bathrooms / Laundry
The entry level has a half-bath and full master bath. There is a Jack-and-Jill bath between the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is a full bath, washer, and dryer.
Decks / Dock
There are three deck levels. The top has a gas grill, table, and chairs. The middle deck has a table and chairs. The bottom deck has a hot tub.
There is also a private dock for up to three boats (one covered) with a picnic table and ladder for swimming.
Bed linens are provided, but you will need to bring towels for kitchen, bath, and lake use. Coffee filters, hand soap, and toilet paper are also provided.

RATES and AVAILABILITY
Water's Edge can be rented weekly or nightly with a three-night minimum stay.
Peak Season Rates (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend): $2,800 per week $550 per night
Off Season Rates: $1,800 per week $350 per night

14.44% sales tax and a $250 cleaning fee will be added.

A $250 deposit check or money order is required at the time the rental agreement is signed. This amount does not go towards the rental of the property, but will be returned in full within 14 days of departure as long as no damages are assessed.

All rentals are handled through VRBO.

You can obtain a fishing license before you arrive on TWRAs toll free number. You will need a driver license and credit card. Everyone 13 or older needs a license. Ask for a non resident Norris Lake no trout to save you some time and questions. The phone number is 888-814-8972. Also you can get one from the TWRA website or from the WalMart in LaFollette, TN.
